Hi, We have a rolling metal gate at front of house. There are a few issues that we would like fixed: 1. The remote has stopped working - battery may have no charge, and may need a replacement. Not sure 2. When the remote stopped working, I started to push and pull the gate manually to operate it. That broke one of the wheels - that is, it came off the main gate. The wheel itself is good, just needs to be fixed back in the gate 3. The gate has metal vertical rods, and has a thin metal sheet riveted into the rods. My side fence is approx 1.8m high in timber. There is a 1.8m pool gate with soft close hinges and matching posts for it. It was completely submerged under flood waters. It was working beautifully, but now since the floods the gate is lower and a little wonky and needs some finessing by someone experienced with pool gates and fencing. I'd suggest around an hour of your time to potentially re-mount the gate (the latch on the other post is adjustable, so it is okay, it is really the gate that needs to be lifted in position so it doesn't hit on the ground). - Due date: Before Thursday, 31 March 2022

Fix my pool gate please so it shuts properly all the time and latches every time. I have the extra magna latch soft close mechanism hinge too if this should be fitted in place of one of the other two hinges. (and some other hinges).

Repair my driveway gates (remove damaged timber and replace), reattach one gate to its hinge + reattach the middle closing latch mechanism. Cut off water damaged top/side part of fencepost further down the fence (I'll then repaint). New bolts / screws required to be supplied please. I do have the same timber here on some other taken down fence panels (pictured), so that could be taken off and used to do the repairs, or you can quote to supply your own. Please specify.
