Hi. We recently programmed a new remote to our automatic gate opener however it's now stuck on a setting that automatically closes the gate as soon as it open (as opposed to remaining open until the remote button is hit again). We can change it, it just keeps defaulting back to automatic close. It is a BFT DEIMOS Ultra BT A400 Sliding Gate Motor.

Hi, After a quote for a few odd jobs that sound like you’re qualified to for. 1. A glass window needs to be replaced, approximately 137cm height x 79cm wide. The window is quite high off the ground, not sure if you can do it from the inside. 2. The hinge has come off the bricks of my side gate outside, can’t close it. 3. A glass gate has dropped and can’t close. 4. One of the timber bifold doors inside has come off the roller and looks like it is missing a part. I’ll attach some photos. Simple handy man job. Reattach gate hinge to beam. Nail down top panel, nail bottom panel.

Front gates drag along the ground. Gates will need gate wheels and to be realigned so that the gates close properly.

4.2 meter stock gate needs to be reset so that it does not scrape along the ground. Circled in yellow where the gate scrapes along the ground when opened.

I need someone to weld 2 x sliding gate wheels onto the gates frame. The gate is fully functional, however the screws that secure the wheels to the frame have become loose. I would like the two wheels be welding so they stay secure during the operation of the gate. The welding could be done in situ as the weight of the gate clamps the wheels in place.
