I need my solar automatic gate installed. I have all materials. The gate is a pivot hinge rising gate... Solar just needs hooking up.

A locksmith to please do the following: 1. Make a key to a backdoor of our house, including a couple of copies (I can provide photos if necessary but it appears to be a normal lock). We do not have an original. 2. Make two separate keys which allow the manual override of an automatic gate. One is a regular key, the other a triangle-shaped key (please see photos). One side of our automatic front gate (right-hand side when entering) is currently not closing properly. The gate motor unit appears to have come loose or partially detached from its bracket, and as a result, the gate won’t align or close fully.

Side timber gate has shifted or expanded. Last paling needs planing or sanding. Require someone with right equipment to fix. Perhaps the gate has shifted but hinges look ok.

Backyard gate replacement needed as old gate has worn down. Timber preferred over Colourbond. 2.3m width X 2m height. Seeking quotes to compare.

We need this timber gate hung (it is currently just resting in place). The post isn’t as tall as the gate so it may need some different hinges. You will need to supply whatever hinges you think would work best or if you can use the existing hinge and move it down that would be fine.
