Manual gate currently in place. Need it to be automatic so I can open and close existing gate with a remote control. It needs to lock in correctly and safety is of most importance

Gate opens but does not stop at the end, possible issue with limit switch. It then goes in a loop and doesn’t stop until button pressed. Only moves one way, not two ways.

Lock for automatic door has got the loosen key .

I bought a new house and have a manual steel gate that opens up to the drive way. I would like to use what’s possible to automate the opening and closing.

A double swing gate for an 4.1 x 1.76 m opening. Foldable gate is better to avoid using height-rising hinge. Need alumnimum alloy gate

1. Install external isolation switch (no external power, need to break out from internal GPO) - yet to buy materials as I wasn't sure if required 2. The double swing gate with Aleko opener • One leaf is noticeably faster than the other • The closing part is not done properly and completely closed Unsure if the problem is aging motor, hinges, uneven ground or whatever issues, wanna it be fixed and open & close properly

One side of front gate not returning to closed position. Motor is working but something must be wrong or disconnected with the return mechanism. I have had to disengage the lock/unlock grey lever to open and close that side of the gate.

Front sliding gate currently has an old remote opener that runs extremely slow and often gets stuck. Looking to replace this with a new opener that can handle the double length gate. Installation may require preparation of ground/gate/tracks to ensure it runs smoothly and will last.

We need a gate installed to fit within a 1300 gap. Gate can be any width 850-1000 the rest of the space can be small fence or post. Looking for an experienced handyman or fencing contractor to repair a timber front fence in Surrey Hills. Work required: Replace one broken gate hinge. Reattach the fence panel to the timber post (panel has separated from the post). Repair the cracked bottom timber rail of the fence panel, or replace it if it cannot be repaired. Please see the attached photos for the condition. I've also included a close-up photo of the cracked bottom rail to show its size and condition. I would like the fence and gate restored so they are secure and functioning properly. Please quote for labour only. I need a basic timber gate installed in the corner of my back fence. I need it to be lockable

Raise timber gate by 10cm. Add a 10cm high block of wood underneath the raised gate so minimal gap to ground. No painting required

Timber frame of outdoor gate has split and the fence has come off from the frame completely so needs a new frame and gate to be re attached

Side timber gate has shifted or expanded. Last paling needs planing or sanding. Require someone with right equipment to fix. Perhaps the gate has shifted but hinges look ok.
