I need a pedestrian gate installed next to the driveway gates. I have a gate and all tools that will be needed. Happy to purchase whatever is needed. Happy to consult on the job but I think we might need an additional 1.8 pole screwed into concrete. Pole to the left concreted into the ground. Gate installed then a small barrier between the two short poles and the house and the long pole.

Need the gate to be re-programmed.

Gate is only half opening then bouncing back. It is struggling at one spot but I can't see why. BFT motor, older model

Qualified plumbers only. There is a sewage smell coming from our small bathroom downstairs. Looks like it's coming from the sink. I've tried doing the basic like cleaning it with baking soda, vinegar then hot water. Based on what I've researched I think the sink waste is effectively an S-trap. The trap outlet drops vertically to a low wall drain. The job would be to check whether the trap is siphoning and rework it into a proper set up.

Front gate doesn't close and has moved with some land movement front of property. We want this gate to close properly. I don't care too much about the whole fence being straight, but this gate should close easily and be upright.

I would like to replace a portion of my colourbond fencing into a colourbond gate

The keys to my outdoor gate no longer work. I believe this is because the gate has dropped on the hinges and warped the mechanism so the key doesn’t work (I’m not certain on this). I need someone to fix this please.

Side gate repaired so it is secure

One joint of the side Gate with steel frame is broken and need welding. Might require strong welding machine as gate is bit heavy. Also need to re-tight some of the loose wooden panels.

Need a quotation to remove and install a new side gate on the side of the house, in the same color as the bricks. Come up with suggestions for materials— wood, automatic gate, or color bond gate —and bring pictures of the existing work.
