We have a large, metal clad double gate providing access to rear lane, for car access to carport. The upper hinge on one of the gates has failed, resulting in gate being supported only by lower hinge. Seeking experienced welder, to renew upper hinge, and review other hinges (x3) for integrity and strengthening.

Tenant has said AC is leaking and not particurlarly powerful. Please investigate and fix leaking if this is the case. And change the filter

I have a brand new set of swing gate openers with a control unit and two swing gate motors - https://mtmwarehouse.com.au/productlist/2419 I need the old ones replaced, see the images attached. The existing steel bracket needs to be repositioned as the motors are about the same length. I'm after someone who has done a few of these installations before.

My wooden slat side gate has become loose/rotted and needs a new frame. Hinges and posts seem to be in good condition. Seeking someone to fix the door and reattach. Painting not required.

Repair the welding on gate hinge has come off or may need replacing and installed!
