Looking to have an automatic gate hinge welded. Automatic gate arm has snapped from itself Previously was welded once before in a spot where the arm had snapped---has done so again due to a car wheel hitting it. Basic straight and short weld but I do not have means to do so.

Today’s wind has broken it off at the bottom hinge and it’s barely hanging off at the hinges. Will need to be welded, new hinges and reinforced by the looks. - Due date: Flexible

A locksmith to please do the following: 1. Make a key to a backdoor of our house, including a couple of copies (I can provide photos if necessary but it appears to be a normal lock). We do not have an original. 2. Make two separate keys which allow the manual override of an automatic gate. One is a regular key, the other a triangle-shaped key (please see photos). The install will require a small piece of concrete as a base to be installed first in order to have a base to bolt down into. There is a conduit already laid for the power cable to be run from the external power point outside the house under the lawn to the garden gate (5m)

Looking for someone with proven experience to install an automatic gate motor for my sliding gate

Looking for someone to paint our new driveway gate nicely (ideally with spray gun for consistent finish), avoiding painting the motorised bits of the gate and anything that is not the gate. I would like the steel posts also included. The gate is 1.8m tall and slightly less than 4m wide. I have at least 2L of existing dulux weather shield paint matching the colour of the house to use also. I’m flexible with dates, working from home on Monday and Fridays. $5 is clearly not my budget or expectation for the job 🤣

I will assist. Need some one who have done this before. I installed the wooden poles and the gates myself from an old set of gates. Left side of the gate tilted and gate cannot close properly. Hinges need to be adjusted so the gate can close properly. It is just hitting the top of the other gate by 2-3 cm. Will need to chisel,saw the pole, chisel the hinge slot,adjust, rehang. Just make the gates close easily.
