2 issues: 1. The gate doesn’t lock because the latch bar piece has fallen off and needs to be welded back on again. 2. The gate is jamming and can be closed with force . Suggest the door needs to be re-hung.

I need a wooden gate supplied an fitted at my property in Hoppers Crossing. The area is 4.3 meter wide.
