I bought a new house and have a manual steel gate that opens up to the drive way. I would like to use what’s possible to automate the opening and closing.

The TDA automatic gate opener is not working

Require the install of an automatic gate system. I have the motorized unit and tracks. The gate is manually opened and closed presently on its track. The install will require a small piece of concrete as a base to be installed first in order to have a base to bolt down into. There is a conduit already laid for the power cable to be run from the external power point outside the house under the lawn to the garden gate (5m)

Repair the automatic gate, got slightly misaligned due to car bumper, motor works okay.

We installed this gate but the DIY was not a complete job. The gate catches up in the way while it is closing possible due to unlevel ground. This needs to be rectified, the motor, everything is brand new. Please quote for the fix
