I need someone to cut two half inch pipes, gas and water. You will need to turn off the water and gas during the process (obviously!!) and then relight my hot water pilot light. There is easy access from the manhole to where the pipes are. Only about 2 m distance. Nothing obstructing the path. Whole job should take about 30 minutes total.
