Regular (monthly) pool maintenance

I’m after a one off clean (to get rid of some sand left over from installing pool surrounds etc) plus filter clean and regular maintenance and balancing. Can’t seem to find a local pool place that can fit us in. The pool is new and ultimately I’d like to learn to maintain myself but am struggling to get that sorted right now.
