I am seeking an experienced and properly equipped gardening / landscaping / tree-lopping contractor to carry out a substantial clean-up of a vacant residential block in Ashfield, WA. The work required is: * Completely remove all tall weeds and overgrown vegetation across the vacant land. * Mow / slash all grass and vegetation down to approximately 50 mm (5 cm) maximum height. * Leave the entire block clean, tidy and presentable, including along the front verge, fence lines and around the established tree. * Hard trim/prune back the excessive and overhanging branches from the large mature Jackson/Port Jackson fig tree at the front of the property. * Remove all cut branches, weeds, grass and green waste generated by the works. * Final rake and general clean-up of the site on completion. Equipment: I would strongly prefer a contractor who has an industrial wood chipper/shredder, particularly because of the amount and size of the tree branches requiring removal. An extra-large skip bin will be supplied by me and will remain on the verge for approximately one week, so green waste and suitable debris can be placed directly into the bin.
