Our garden in the front, back and side of the house is in need of a clean-up and refresh, including: 1) Major clean-up and tidy around the front, back and side of the house (i.e. remove all leaves, all weeds, lawn growing that needs to be pulled up in garden, weeds growing in cracks of pavers, remove all dead branches on trees and plants, etc) 2) Trim over grown shrubs in the front garden on both sides of the lawn 3) replace 2 sprinkle heads in back yard that are broken (cost of materials separate to fee and will be paid by client) 4) remove all black mulch from the garden beds along the street side of the house (fee includes dumping of old mulch) 5) remove the decorative garden screens on the side of the house and replace with new ones (cost of materials separate to fee and will be paid by client). Fence is approximately 18M long. Fee also includes dumping of old screens. Possible opportunity for ongoing maintenance for the right candidate if interested.
