A large tree at our investment property is overhanging onto the neighbour's side. We'd like it trimmed on the neighbour's side back to the fence line and the cuttings disposed of. I have an old spa that I’ve recently cleaned, however there are some tough stains that won’t budge. I need help removing the stains and refilling the spa with the correct chemicals. Chemicals will be provided! :)

My whipper snipper AND lawn mower are currently not working, and as a result the grass on one half of my nature strip has gotten out of control. It's currently about a metre or so tall, so it requires a whipper snipper before being mowed. There is a green waste bin available in my driveway for the grass clippings. ***You must supply your own snipper/mower.
