There’s a section of our yard that has some overgrown weeds amongst it that needs to go. Not as much as it appears in the first picture as behind it is a money tree pot plant that has tipped over and I think has propagated into the ground from our previous neighbours (see second picture). That can stay, it just needs to be tidied up. It would be great if you can remove the pot and just plant it in the ground too. Job in ripponlea. I am completing an end of lease tidy up. The works are reasonably straight forward and any weeds are very easily pulled. I am looking to have the following works completed to a neat standard Out the front - remove any leaf litter from the front garden beds x 3 beds. - trim the shrubs in 2 x the front garden beds. Most are still reasonably neat from last time I completed it. - pull any weeds which come come up through the tan bark - make sure the tan bark is neat and tidy Out the back - rake little on fake grass - pull any weeds in the garden bed - trim the shrubs so not overgrown - trim the climber back which is affecting the washing line and access to a door to the storage room - pull weeds from the pavers then high pressure wash grime. This doesn't need to be immaculate, just reasonable -rake the tan bark till it's flat and reasonable All clipping and weeds to be disposed off as well as the two green waste bags I have on site. Person responsible will need to have all their own tools and ability to take away the clippings. Price is to include all these works Allow 2 workers 4.5 hours to complete. Last time the works were done in 4.5 and they spread new mulch

Front yard needs a tidy up with green waste removal

PLEASE DONT OFFER IF YOU CANNOT COMPLETE - Due to my avaliability and that the mulch will be in a shared driveway I have a few garden beds which have sprung plenty of weeds over the last month. As well as this there are some other items I want addressed - remove all weeds from the front and rear garden beds - trim the climber at the rear of house riught back so doesn't interfere with clothesline - install mulch to front and rear garden beds The person completing works needs to havr tools to pull weeds, trim back climbers and wheelbarrow and shoves for mulch. I will co-ordinate the delivery of mulch Happy for you to inspect area and firm up a price but thinking approx 8 hours. The person will need to allow to take green waste to the tip - the tip fees will be added to final price
