Initial tasks include: • Remove banana plants (digging roots to reduce regrowth) • Trim and shape one orange tree (round/clean look) • Clear overgrown areas along fence lines and near the shed • Remove volunteer saplings around shed area • Clear weeds around clothesline area (frame may be removed later) • Edge the lawn for clean, tidy borders • Spot weed spray if needed (prefer light/targeted use only) Work schedule: • Start phase: ~1 hour per week until garden is tidy and shaped (approx. 6–10 visits depending on pace) • Ongoing: every 6–8 weeks for light garden maintenance (edge trimming, light pruning, weed control) Ideal person: • Has own tools (whipper snipper / hedge trimmer / pruning saw etc.) • Enjoys slow, steady improvement rather than rushed jobs • Reliable, tidy and respectful of plants and garden space Access is easy and time is flexible.
