Looking for a reliable and experienced gardener to help with regular garden maintenance for a 1-acre residential property. The main priority at this stage is lawn revival, including improving patchy/uneven grass, weed control, and helping get the lawn looking healthier over time. We’re also looking for ongoing general garden maintenance to keep the property neat and manageable. Main tasks include: Lawn revival and improvement Weed control across lawn and garden areas Improving uneven/patchy grass Regular mowing and edging Pruning, trimming, hedging, and maintaining trees around the property Garden bed tidy-up Leaf blowing and green waste cleanup General outdoor maintenance The property is approximately 1 acre, so experience with larger gardens/properties would be ideal. **QUOTE** requesting pricing for below We have some existing unrefined dirt paths in our front yard that we are looking to define with easy maintenance in mind. Open to ideas on how to do this best but thinking some sleepers and potentially stones but keeping it economical is important. The paths currently have some green debris covering them and we would also like a general clear of fallen green waste and weeds as part of the job. The front garden is approx 10x20m with a path meandering through.

We are looking for someone to assist with the hand weeding and removal of ivy in our back yard / off the boundary of our place. As you'll see from the photos it's spreading along the ground, but also needs to be removed from fences and trees. It's likely to be a solid day (or two?) of work. We're wanting this land to be cleared for regeneration of natives. Ideally would love someone to be able to take away the ivy too as it's way too much for our green bin, but not essential.
