Bathroom: shower screen, tiles and grout, toilet, vanity, mirrored cabinet, exhaust vent, floors. Laundry cupboard: trough, cabinetry, walls and floor. Washer and dryer will be removed. Bedroom: carpet steam clean, mirrored wardrobe doors, inside wardrobe shelving. General: timber floors vacuumed and mopped, internal windows, sills and tracks, blinds, skirting boards, light switches and power points, light fittings, air vents, doors and frames, walls spot cleaned for scuffs and marks throughout. I live on the 7th floor of an apartment building so you’ll need to bring it down a lift. You will need to remove the green waste off site as there’s no green bin in my building. There are no stairs at any time.
