I need some planting done on my investment property in Melbourne (Southbank). There is a long flowerbed built into the balcony wall, measuring 6m long and approximately 50cm wide. There is a tub built into the deck that is circular and approximately 1.2m across. The deck is very exposed to the elements, with no cover and is north facing. It's very hot and dry in the summer, and gets wind swept and rained on in the winter. The apartment is rented out, and renters are very bad at watering the plants (not helped by a lack of outside tap). The plants must be very hardy. My neighbour has a lush and very nice succulent based garden which I think is the right direction to go. I'd like to have a call and discuss options to select the right plants and discuss how and when the work can be done

We have eight or nine large pot plants on a balcony. We require: plants to be cut back and pruned, some plants ripped out, some small punnets planted, leaves and sticks removed, cobwebs removed, the balcony swept/hosed down. Hopefully an easy job for somebody with a bit of gardening experience. Location is in Southbank. Needs to be done Tuesday, 15th, anytime between 9am and 5pm.
