I have a small court yard (roughly 4m x 10m) that has been neglected for quite sometime now. It’s in desperate need of some TLC! Looking for - Lawn mowing (front and back yard (inc roadside strip at front of the property) - General tidying on each visit to catch up on maintenance and get things looking great (there is a green bin available) Will need to supply own lawnmower and equipment. If you're reliable and do a good job, this will be a regular gardening job and there may be 1 more house also. House is in Seaford and please note the grass on the back lawn overgrown at the moment due to not being mowed for approx 4 weeks.

Pulling weeds, raking (or blowing) of leaves, twigs (the odd branch), rubbish, debris. Sweeping of paths, watering gardens. Will require a trip to the tip. Own equipment required.
