Repair/adjust loose merbau decking boards, front and back of house. * There are half a dozen boards that need reaffixing (nails not screws), some of these need to be realigned too (maybe using some sort of spacer to hold them in position). * There is one section of 3-4 boards that has a slight spring to it, I suspect the joist needs fixing. * While you're here, I'll also ask you to punch back in any other nails which have risen over the years (maybe 20- 30 nails in total). Happy to consider an hourly rate or a fixed amount.

Decking in the backyard needs to be done with replacing the old rotten wood floor with treated wood

We are looking for a quote to jet wash timber posts (50 mm × 50 mm × 2100 mm) that have some mould on the surface. There are approximately 4,500 pieces strapped on pallets. Each post is about 2 m long and will need to be cleaned using a jet pressure wash. Work details: • A licensed forklift driver will be required. • Pressure washes each timber post to remove mould (some posts have small areas of mould). • Re-paint the timber posts after drying, as required by the factory. • Bundle the posts in groups of 100 pieces and stack them in the storage area.

Looking for an experienced carpenter or renovation builder to quote on raising a timber floor in a character home in Bayswater WA. Details: • Timber frame house (no concrete slab) • Existing jarrah floorboards • One room needs to be raised approximately 50–150 mm to match the adjoining room level approx. 15m2 • Ideally would like the existing jarrah boards lifted and reused if possible • Subfloor access available Scope may include: • Lifting existing jarrah boards • Installing timber packing/subframe or new joists to raise height • Reinstalling jarrah boards Happy to discuss the best method recommended by the carpenter. Timer repairs outside deck

I need my timber floor leveled so we can install boards over the top. At the moment it has a significant raised area in the hallway. This area needs to be removed and replaced with plywood or chip wood so it is at least straight enough for installation of floorboards over the top.

Looking for someone who is suitably qualified to repair some flooring that has been damaged due to a leaking freezer. No spare flooring available so would need to be sourced. Please reach out if you can help

There is a section of water-damaged timber flooring near the edge of the kitchen cabinets that requires repair. The affected area has already started to warp and lift. Or Pls give a quote.

Need to fill a small gap in existing floorboards with new floorboards cut to size. Approx. area 0.5m by 1m. Trim existing floorboards, remove any existing glue on concrete, cut and install new engineered floorboards which I will supply, glue new floorboards to concrete to neatly match existing floorboards using tongue and groove if possible. I will provide the glue. Prefer job done by someone with experience in laying similar engineered floor boards. Need to bring own tools for job.
