Find a local timber flooring profesional in QLD

Sand and polish timber floor of a town house first level, roughly 30m2, living/kitchen area, as well as 2 flights of stairs. Water based preferred.

We need the floors sanded and polished in a three bedroom house. Rooms to be done are the 3 x bedrooms, hallway, lounge, dining and kitchen. There is also an internal stairwell which has 10 stairs and a landing midway. Upstairs m2 is approx 80-90m2 not including stairwell. The floors are currently polished. There was cork board on top which has just been removed. The cork was stapled down so there are staple holes. Staples have been removed. We need this to be done between 16/10 and 23/10. Will get updated photos of all spaces tomorrow (1/10).

Some onions got bad and leaked through the timber flooring leaving some stains that could not be removed with standard products.

When I step off my staircase, the floorboards squeak. The old laminate flooring has been removed, and we want to install new vinyl. This is the ideal time to fix the noise floorboards. It is only about 1.2m by 1m that causes issues. I have put extra screws in, but it is not 100%. It should be a straightforward job as the laminate and underlay have already been removed. Ideally, we need to fix it this week.

2 areas of the house with scratches. 1 scratch is roughly 500mm long The other is an area 500mm x 500mm with multiple scrapes. Looking to have repaired without re sanding the rooms.

I have 3 planks in my timber deck that have started rotting and need replacing. They are 85x19mm spotted gum timber planks. The 3 planks measure approx 1620mm, 1670mm and 2080mm Job will be to remove old planks and install new ones then a coat of decking oil. Including supply of new planks and all fasteners/hardware and BYO tools. I have some leftover decking oil to use.

Still looking for a hardwood floor installer. I am replacing the carpets in four bedrooms with hardwood flooring (not engineered). The wood is spotted gum 130mm x 19mm. The total floor area of the four bedrooms (including wardrobes) is approximately 60-65sqm. I already have the flooring and the glue. I do not have the nails but I can get or I can pay for whatever you buy. The hardwood is tongue and groove. We take ownership of the house in Gilston on 25 June and are looking to start installation ASAP so we can then start painting and move in. Looking for a reasonable quote and if you can commence asap that is a bonus. Thanks!

Remove carpet and Lino and put hybrid laminate flooring

We had a contractor come and sanding and tint some hooped pine floors but the tint is patchy and it needs alight sand and another coat of feason and Watson tint proof in brown Japan. 53m2. Timber is hooped pine. Need it done asap as we have moved out the house temporarily to have this done
