Some years ago I replaced both sets of wooden external stairs with metal stringers and balusters. On one set I had installed wooden treads. On the other aluminium treads. The winner is wooden treads. All that is required is to have the rear aluminium treads replaced with wooden ones. I will not need the old aluminium treads.

We recently removed a section of wall leaving this hole in the ground. We do not have any spare boards. Total thickness of the boards currently there are 16mm and the width 145mm. We plan to get the lot sanded and polished after this repair is made. Happy to hear quotes on here or in person.

Flat on the ground, concrete slab house. To remove carpet from 3 bedrooms, 4th bedroom tiled, kitchen, family, dining, living room, entry area all tiled. Some tiles loose, others broken. Lay 3mm timber flooring over tiles.

I need a handyman that can replace decking timber, 1.4mtr x 1.2mtr square landing area on top stairs landing. Screw two bolts on a beam under the landing. Weld a 8 metres steel pipe on existing stairs rails to fill a gap. All materials will be provided onsite. You just need to bring your tools, example; drop saw, drills, portable welding machine, grinder. Please see photos. Approx 4 hours work if you experienced handyman. The job is in Beenleigh.
