I require an experienced floor installation person to lay a hybrid karndean korlok floor approx 10m2 in a queenslander homes kitchen. It currently has lino down and as its a queenslander home the floor may not be entirely flat or square hence need someone with lots of experience. I have approx 12.8m2 of the karndean korlok boards new in boxes. This needs to be done in a few weeks time once a replacement kitchen cabinet is installed. (There is also possibility of same person if they have experience laying real tongue groove floorboards in a sleepout over the top of the original verandah boards as a separate job). I would need the person to either remove the lino or lay over top of it depending on what they deem the best option. The korlok can be laid over existing timber and there is a timber floor under the lino.

We are looking to have around 42m² of Hybrid floating floor installed over a pre-exisitng concrete slab, which is part of a bigger renovation. The space covers a rumpus room, small hallway (and linen cupboard) and bedroom(with cupboard) which we would like to have as continuous flooring between the spaces. We already have the Hybrid Flooring (around 47m² work for 10-15% waste) and the skirting will be installed by builders in the new year so the quote is just for floor installation. The Hybrid Flooring comes with acoustic underlay so it should only need builders plastic (happy to organise as needed). The slab is in good condition but may have some minor imperfections and need some minor levelling. We don't have edging for entry ways etc as yet but will organise easily.
