Hi i have removed my old wardrobe except the floor panel as i cant seem to get it unstuck. I need the skirting fixed and the walls patched as well.

There will be some new skirting boards that will need to be cut to size. Some of the architraves will also need to be adjusted to fit some new window dimensions. Need a qualified carpenter to install ~8m of skirting boards that have been pulled off during a renovation. Walls are brick rendered. Airtasker will need to supply the skirting boards (which will be reimbursed separately). There are small sections around the kitchen and bathroom entry in hallway that need to mitred. See photos

I’m currently in a rental and my puupy has been taking his teething pain out on the skirting around doors (will attach photo for reference). I need someone to repair it just using putty of some sort on some areas and just painting some areas as well as the putty areas doesn’t haven’t to be amazing. To fit two lengths of skirting board joining at right angle corner. Length 1.20m and 3.00m. The wall has been scutched back to brick in places. The board is in two parts. A bottom plank with decorative top plank. Cut outs needed for power point and TV arial connection. Residential property, must clean up. Board can be cut if necessary on outside veranada.

Carefully fill the gap between my dark wood floors and white skirting boards with sellys’s no more gaps or the like. The perimeters of the downstairs kitchen and living areas of a terrace house. Also hang a curtain rod.

Between the new timber flooring and skirting needs caulking to seal. Total of 105lm for the entire area that needs done. Gap is 1-2mm.
