Remove approximately 20 metres of existing skirting boards from ground floor of terrace house in Waverley in a single room. The skirting boards are being replaced as part of a flooring renovation. Around a third of the skirting has already been removed, with approximately 30 metres remaining. Requirements: * Carefully remove existing skirting boards with minimal damage to plasterboard walls. * Work around existing power points. Some power points are mounted very close to, or partially through, the skirting. * Minimise damage to surrounding walls, architraves and door frames. * Remove nails and leave walls ready for new skirting installation. * Stack removed skirting neatly for disposal. Please bring your own tools (pry bars, wide scrapers/joint knives, multi-tool if required, nail pullers etc). Property is in Waverley NSW.
