I need a skilled carpenter to finish off caulking around the skirting boards of my house.

I have some floorboards and skirting that has been damaged by dog wee, I need these replaced, best to come out and give a quote, I can supply the boards or you can, selling home so need this fixed

Skirting board is coming off the wall. Looking to get it fixed and professionally reattached.

Skirting board needs sanding back and painting (very small area, about 15cms) where my dog has scratched it. Also base of door frame. Must match the paint correctly

I have some small areas (Sauna rooms) that require the skirting boards to be siliconed top and bottom. This is a quick and easy job but needs to be done properly. I am happy to provide the silicone i just want a good job done.

I require approx 18 lengths of 66mm x 18mm skirting board fitted in 2 rooms and an "L" shaped hall/passage. Lengths range from 80mm to 4100mm . There are approx 6 corners requiring 45 degree mitre joints where the boards join. The old carpet has been removed from around the wall perimeters as well as the old carpet wood gripper pieces. Walls are either concrete or rendered brick - I'm not sure. I assume the boards will have to be fixed with a powered nail gun? The floor running around the perimeters is not perfectly level and I would like the skirting to be horizontally level and also aligned at the corner intersections. I have precut the skirting pieces to well over the required lengths and have also painted them - I realise I will have to touch up after installation. I would like an experienced person to do this please. You can trim pieces to exact length on balcony or in the rooms. Various images attached.
