I have about 10-25 metres of PVC skirting board to be installed. I have the skirting board already

Our roof is metal, and the external skirting boards on our balcony are deteriorating due to water ingress from the edge of the ceiling. It appears that the gutter may be overflowing, allowing water to enter the ceiling cavity and cause damage. Could you please inspect the issue, identify the source of the leak, and carry out the necessary repairs? We would also like the damaged ceiling skirting boards to be replaced as required.

Install Floor Transition Strip & Fix Skirting Boards Looking for an experienced carpenter/handyman to complete a small flooring and skirting job. Scope of work: Install floor transition strip Fit a transition strip between tiled flooring and timber floorboards. Total length is approximately: - 1.5m diagonal section - 1.2m straight section The tiled floor sits approximately 10mm higher than the timber flooring. Some sections of the tile edge will need to be carefully ground back using an angle grinder to achieve a consistent gap and a neat finish before the transition strip is installed. Fix skirting boards Install/fix: - 2 larger skirting board sections - 6 smaller skirting board pieces One of the larger skirting boards will require trimming/shaving along the bottom edge to fit neatly against a slightly raised tiled floor. Nail gun can be provided if required. Other tools and materials to be supplied by the tasker. Requirements: Experience with flooring transitions and skirting installation. Repair cracked plaster where skirting board is separating from wall

Looking for a skilled carpenter or handyman to install about 5 metres of skirting boards in our downstairs entrance and kitchen. We already have the boards painted and ready to go; you just need to cut them to size and fix them to the concrete walls. While on-site, we also need one fallen roller blind re-hung and a few picture frames put up, both onto concrete walls as well. You will need to bring your own tools, including a mitre saw, a hammer drill for concrete, and any necessary fixings or adhesive.
