Silicone seal all of our floor skirting boards and patch drill holes. Locations are in medium sized dining room, 2x medium bedrooms, 2 small hallways, small laundry, small office. Approx total = 67sqm Second part of the job is to fix 3 spots where the ceiling cornices are damaged.

Need skirting boards installed in one bedroom, preferred with nail gun, need to be cut to size and one will need a channel behind it so tv/power cables can sit behind the board

Removal of carpet and skirting boards from approximately 75 m² in Living Room, entry hall, two bedrooms, and small hallway. Cost will need to include laying down some of the carpet in the garage. The cost also needs to include the removal of remaining carpet and the skirting boards. The carpet is laid on a concrete slab nail and under insulation will also need to be removed. I believe the skirting boards will be glued intact on position.
