Also someone that can do the wooden wall paneling (like attached image) just on one wall, in one of the rooms. Rooms for skirting boards are as follows: 5.6 x 2.3m (3 solid walls, 1 gyprock) 4x 3.3m (solid walls) 4x2.8m (solid walls) Room requiring panelling: 1x wall, 4m No painting required, this is being done after, carpets also being replaced after.

Hi there, I need a local handyman to carefully remove one single piece of timber skirting board located inside my kitchen's refrigerator alcove. This is a rental property, so it is critical that the board is removed cleanly in one piece without cracking the wood or damaging the adjacent mitered corner joint and drywall, as I will need to reinstate it when I move out. What needs to be done: Score the painted edges/mitered corner joint to break the paint bond. Carefully pry the single skirting board panel off the wall inside the alcove. Pull or flatten any remaining brad nails on the wall so the surface is smooth. Leave the removed timber piece intact for me to store. Tools required: Please bring your own utility knife, pry bar/trim puller and drywall protection materials. Located in Maroubra. Flexible with time, but looking to get this sorted as soon as possible.
