My skirting boards needs to be patched up as a large mirror fell down and it got damaged in the process. Let’s discuss a price . There are 3 areas of the skirting board that requires patching - see pics for the work that’s required

We had some wall shelves removed so the wall needs a bit of patching and paint repair. I also had a built in bed removed and so need some beading installed to skirting board in a small area of the room to match the rest of the room and then those to be painted. Looking for hourly rate pay

Photos now added. 2 small rooms and one small hallway. I need 37 metres of skirting board installed in a small terrace in balmain. There are lots of corners. We removed composite flooring and went back to original floorboards. The existing skirting is too small and needs replacing with larger heritage type skirting which we will supply ourselves from Swaddlings. We will paint.

Caulking of skirting board in living room area and tidying up / replacement of existing caulk. Room size is approx. 7x7 sqm.

Between the new timber flooring and skirting needs caulking to seal. Total of 105lm for the entire area that needs done. Gap is 1-2mm.

Prefer simply timber skirting board for laundry, 1.9 x 800 small laundry. See pictures, need to cover tiled skirting that was removed.
