I've purchased skirting boards, there are about 7 lengths, the longest is 3.6m but are able to be cut down to fit in a vehicle. They are located in lalor Vic and I'm in drouin. We are having our floor tiles removed on 20-19th September and floorboards will be installed on 23rd-27th September. This will be done in the living, dining, kitchen and hallway (see floor plan attached). It is approx 65sqm. We don’t want quad to be put around the skirting boards, so we need a qualified tradie to remove the skirting boards and then reinstall the same skirting boards once the floorboards have been installed. If skirting boards are broken, we would like a replacement to be provided at a cost (we understand this to be about $30 per 5.4m of skirting). The corner joins of some of our skirting boards in the hallway have been chewed by our dog. Looking for someone to fix or replace them. There are four corners in total. We also have a creek in floor in corner of the kitchen. Need someone to lift the flooring and re glue / screw subfloor to remove the creak. Skirting boards to be installed in three small bedrooms.

I am looking for a skilled carpenter to do a few jobs in our house. Carpenter must have all tools including mitre saw. We need: * 4 doors installed - 2 of the doors (which are old) need to be slightly shortened in length by about 2-3cm. 2 of the doors are new and need handles, hinges and latches installed (will have handle / latch / hinges ready) * Skirting boards around the house removed and replaced (we will have new skirting boards ready to be cut and installed). I would say it would be around 35 - 40m of skirting boards to replace. * Bathroom vanity removed and new one installed (We will have the new one at the house to be installed) * Remove vanity mirror cabinet and install new mirror (already have new mirror to install. We are needing indoor skirting boards replaced, due to water damage. Roughly 12-15 meters all around to replace. Also to check for any water damage coming from outside.
