The damage is along the bottom of a sliding balcony door and in the adjacent corner. There are visible water stains, swelling/warping of the skirting. Services needed: * Remove and repair or replace damaged * Treat/clean any mould * Repaint to match * Reinstall sliding fly screen dooor Flexible with timing but would like it done soon. Note: * Cause of water leak from balcony has already been fixed/sealed.

We have a rotten 6 metre long skirting board that needs to be removed and replaced (we will provide replacement skirting, but you will need to cut to size). We have a small hole under our skirting board where a mouse was getting in, I’ve filled it with steel wool but would like it completely sealed off and smoothed over so I can paint over it and it looks finished.

We have 3 x TVs to mount onto the walls. We have 6 x picture hooks to secure in studs We have 1 skirting board to remove so we can fit our fridge in the available space.

Cut and install two ikea laminate bench tops. Also cut a hole for a sink in one of the bench tops. Cut a separate piece to size from leftover bench top. Install two pieces of skirting board on the floor approx 1.9metres total.
