I have two small areas that need repairing in my rental: 1. Skirting board: Small chip/dent in the white painted skirting board. Needs to be filled, lightly sanded and touch-up painted so it blends with the existing finish. 2. Timber floor: Small area of chipped wood. I already have the appropriate wood filler and matching colour/touch-up product, so these can be used for the repair. I just need someone experienced to apply it neatly, smooth it and colour-match/blend it into the existing floor. Please leave both repairs as neat and inconspicuous as possible, as this is a rental property. Photos attached.

Looking for an experienced Airtasker to install around 27 linear meter of skirting board in my place. The skirting board to use is a 92 x 18mm Moulding White MDF Lambs Tongue profile. I will supply all the required materials (skirting boards, nails/liquid nails, gap filler). The boards to install already primed and painted (first coat). Skirting was replaced after installing new hybrid flooring. Just needs caulk/silicone top and bottom. Already have six tubes of silicone but will probably need more. Approx 40 metres of skirting.

Looking for an experienced carpenter to install new skirting boards. Floor plan included - excludes laundry and bathroom. Looking to get this done in early Nov after flooring installation. Skirting is to be fitted tightly to the finished floor and scribed where required. We just installed a new outside bar and it is complete except for a skirting board at the back and waterproof caulking around. Require the trade to supply all materials. See images attached with further instructions.

This skirting board had some moisture damage in the bathroom on right side. The moisture has been fixed, but the skirting board was damaged and the backing has also collapsed in the damaged area. The length of the skirting board is approximately 22cm long x 6cm. I need the wall cavity packed out/patched and a new section of moisture-resistant skirting board fitted and sealed. I have 2 floating shelves that are leaning slightly down. I want the secured better onto the wall. I also have a small landing where I’ve laid flooring but I need trim installed around the skirting (I have the trim itself so I don’t need that supplied)

I have completed some works at home and now need assistance in plastering a hole in the wall measuring 35x72cm with the skirting board section below also requiring replacing. Looking for someone to come asap to fix up, no need to paint, I can sort that out.

Sand wall and add approx 3-5 more white gloss tiles to bathroom wall (see photo), between vanity and shower. (8 x 300x600mm tiles supplied). Also cut a smallish piece of skirting board to fit under drawer of vanity which comes out right against the wall, and glue/secure it back in place. No painting needed

In preparation for timber floor installation we need the skirting boards removed. The skirting may be reused so must be removed carefully with care taken not to damage the walls. The rooms included are living, hallway, dining, laundry, powder room.

Hi - I need skirting board installed in a room 6mx6m. I have the materials and a drop saw you can use to cut the boards. The boards can be installed directly butted to each other (no miter joints needed). Thanks

Ideally 7cm (H) 1.5-2cm (W) plain square skirting profile. Primed for painting and nail holes filled If can be done asap that would be great Location central Werribee

Some water dropped from heating to sub floor, the subfloor has been treated, however, carpet has been pulled up and skirting board taken off due to some mould. Need carpet relaid (we have plenty spare) and skirting board replaced… likely a trip to Bunnings required. Not sure on costs, but will pay for any materials so assume budget range is for labour only. Looking for genuine offers from those who have the ability to do task 🙏

I have two bedrooms that I am getting floorboards put in. Have removed the existing skirting boards prior to the floor boards, Wanting someone to come in and install new skirting boards. My plan is to paint the boards after installation, so wanting a primed MDF It will be about 3 walls of each bedroom. Total linear metre about 20 metres. See plan I will pay for the skirting boards separately. Cost is for installation labour which includes the installation, filling in nail holes/mitre joint gaps etc, sand of filled areas. The wall is plasterboard i believe. The floor has been levelled so hoping the board will be flush to the floorboards, but if not will need to trim the bottom the board accordingly Hoping to have this done later in the week eg Wed/Thurs/Friday
