We have recently removed carpet and have existing floor boards, we are looking for an experienced professional who specialises in hardwood/timber floor preparation, restoration and finishing.the areas we want completed are primarily the lounge/living area and a small additional section. We are not doing the bedrooms.The timber floors will need to be assessed and professionally prepared, repaired where necessary, sanded and treated/finished to achieve a clean, even and durable result. There are some holes, marks and areas of damage/imperfection, so these will need to be addressed as part of the preparation. We have hardwood floors polished and don’t want to redo we just want to make them look super tidy and clean/shinny.

I have timber hardwood floor boards installed on top of particle boards. A certain area of the living room (Approx 1.5m x 1.5) experiences noise when walking over it. Access to the floor underneath is tight. I require someone to undertake repairs to clear the noise.
