We have two small 1m2 sections that are require some repairs as they are squeaking. Both are mostly under carpet

I have a few floorboards that need pulling up and replacing. I have spare boards. Dogs have destroyed them.

Some of the timber on a small deck outside an upstairs bedroom is rotting and needs replacing. Deck is approximately 5m by 1.3m . The railing needs replacing and a few of the floor boards. One or 2 of the uprights needs replacing checking.

I have a 2 bedroom unit (2 bedrooms, dining room, lounge, laundry, foyer) I would like to remove all the dated scotia from and replace with a simple skirting board before I repaint. I’m not sure on price so I’m very happy to hear from people who actually know! Attached similar floor plan.

Park beside the job. Flooring and Pine studs all stacked ready, next to the job. We can supply all necessary tools or use yours, as we negotiate. We are converting our woodworking shop into extra shade sail space so the shop has a lot of tools ready to use. Settle up daily and listed price is for 4 hours work to start with.

Need a floor board specialist to sand back acid stain damage from oven cleaner in the kitchen. Will need to match to the existing floorboards as close as possible and varnish. Has to be done by Friday 10th April.
