Deep scratches and some chips in the floor board from moving furniture. We tried to sand it back but it didn’t work. would need a sand and polish to match the rest of the floor. ASAP as we are renting

Need 3 boards replaced. Previous tenants tried to do this and have made more damage

Lay laminate floor and fit skirting boards and arch’s round new window

I have 3 floating boards that need replacing. Boards are 6mm clip system (Mistral brand). I have the boards to replace the damaged ones. Preferably needing someone with experience in fixing damaged floating boards.

Previous housemates left gouges in polyurethane coated floorboards. Floor boards also show signs of scuffs and scratches from every day use and dogs. Main concern is the gouges second concern is overall buff or polish. *Do not have permission to sand anything back (nor the funds) just want to take the attention off so when property manager inspect, they don’t pick up on it I would be open to sanding the affected floorboards for the deep gouges. But cannot do a full sand and polish of all floorboards. I believe we have the original vanish, but this would be quite old by now so not sure if the sheen or colour will match any more I have tried wax sticks, scratch polish, walnut. My next attempt was going to be to hire a floor polisher however KENNARDS hire company did not recommend their floor polisher for our job. They expressed that the provided pads will not suffice. Every specialist I speak to says that they will not just sand one area due to the potential of mismatch I am open to advice, and happy to assist

Need a floor board specialist to sand back acid stain damage from oven cleaner in the kitchen. Will need to match to the existing floorboards as close as possible and varnish. Has to be done by Friday 10th April.

Floorboards damaged by rain are already taken out. The task is to lay down approximately 2sqm of new boards

Qualified floorboard installer needed for a ensuite (includes a walk in wardrobe). All materials will need to be included. -Floorboards -Underlay -Scotia -Door transition strip.
