Hybrid flooring repair at the entryway and hallway entry replace approximately 4 cut planks where a wall was removed, focusing on the exposed concrete areas not covered by the kitchen island. Godfrey Hirst 5.8mm hybrid planks and spare boxes are on site.  Task requires unclicking cut sections back to clean joints, checking subfloor levels, and relaying full planks seamlessly.

Several deck boards (merbau) need replacing. Also I have concerns about the condition of some support beams for a 2nd storey cantilevered deck. I need a proper builder to ensure structural safety.

Looking for a professional who knows the ins and outs of laying floating floorboards over tile. Happy to assist along the way. Needs someone who can do a proper job, including removing skirt, leave enough space for expansion etc and add skirt back on etc. this would be an ongoing job where we would ideally do it in stages. Staple removal to timber floorboard

I have a hallway with carpet that I want vinyl board laid on top. The hallway is approximately 1 metre wide by 6-7 metre long. We removed half the carpets but there are nails on the concrete lab. I’ll buy the vinyl board from Bunnings. We also have staircases too we are planning to do on the future but may do it in one job depending on price. Please quote on hallway first. Thanks

I have original timber floorboards above a downstairs bedroom. The floor is already insulated, but the boards creak badly and wake me when someone walks upstairs. I want the boards re-fixed to the joists and any joist/floor movement repaired, while preserving the appearance of the timber floor.

I have floor boards that need to be installed in surfers paradise. The space is the top of my stairs, it’s about 4-5 metres square max.

Front end only needs replacing as bottom half has been completed. Very easy quick job for the right person. I already have some ply wood maybe enough to complete but you will need to supply glue ect, marine carpet and any other materials.

Need decking boards layed approx 35sm, I will supply all materials, including removal of old deck.

Three wooden floorboards need to be replaced in the loungeroom. New boards are already supplied, so a handyman or builder is needed to remove the old ones and install the new ones.
