Find a local floorboard profesional in QLD

We have an old deck at the back of our property and it has been progressively developing soft and rotten patches. After a few of these gave way in the last couple of months, I decided to replace the boards and have started taking up the old ones. There are some joists that will also need replacing. Once I got underneath the deck, I found a post that also seems in need of replacement - and posts are beyond my amateur skills! There’s two issues with it: the bottom has rotted and it has sunk in its stirrups, leading to a drop in the level of the deck towards the center. 2. The beam for the triangular section is resting on the bracket by only a small area and looks unsound. So, at a minimum, the existing post needs replacing, probably with two new posts installed in place, and the work to replace the boards needs completing across the whole surface. Call this work “make safe”. There’s a second option I’d like a quote on , which is to replace the triangular section of the deck entirely, with a square section leading out on to the lawn. Which would mean we don’t need to do an install in place. Understand that this will be more expensive but we don’t like the triangular section, and would like to know how much more expensive. 2x, 5x, 10x etc. call this “rebuild triangle”.

Timber boards are 87mm wide there is probably about 7 boards that need replacing I have changed them myself in the past and got the boards from Big River Group in Warana..

Three wooden floorboards need to be replaced in the loungeroom. New boards are already supplied, so a handyman or builder is needed to remove the old ones and install the new ones. Hi, I've run out of time so am looking for someone more experienced than me to help lay and cut hybrid flooring for one bedroom. The underlay is down. Please have your own saw as I've only got a hand saw and a multi tool.

Area 1: Cut out 1000 x 800 approx and replace Area 2: cut out 2x boards approx 1000 x 1000 and replace
