Im about to buy a few pallets of hybrid floor boards and keen to work with a professional flooring expert to install these. We will need to co-ordinate the dates so the floorboards arrive at the same time as you are available. Three rooms will need to be prepped and prepared for installation..work required will include 1. Assist us in moving one bed and one shelf 2. Removing existing carpet 3. Prepping floor and leveling if needed.. includes removing skirting 4. Installing floorboard (I will order floorboards) and edging if needed 5. Installing new skirting (we will provide it) Floorplan and the three rooms needed are in the diagram attached..,2 bedrooms with built ins and one living space.

Replace 2m of damaged floor board in our lounge room (see photos). The floor board is about 2m up to the tape in the photo (damage is only beyond the tape). We ideally do not want to re-finish the whole room as we do not have a place to store our furniture. We’d be looking to just have that single floor board finished as closely as possible to the rest of the room if possible.

These floorboards buckled after a dishwasher water leak. We have lots of spare boards that can be used to replace them. We also have the tan floor cover that needs to be glued on top to make the angled edge smooth. It's important to us that the surface becomes safe (no trip hazard) and the work is high quality.

Task is to install hybrid floor boards, floor transition for where floor boards meet carpet, skirting for Hallway and 2 bedrooms. Scotia to one wall. See attached images.
