Remove and dispose the existing laminate floor boards. Lay new underlay and engineered wood floor boards. There are skirtings that don’t need replacing, but a bit of quarter rounds requires around the kitchen cupboards and two doors where it meets tiles. I’ve added floor plans - it’s the kitchen, living room, passage & bedroom that needs to be done. I’ll provide the underlay and floor boards.

Looking for someone to sand and lacquer aged floorboards in a small room. The boards have some moisture damage and wear from age. Need an experienced person to properly sand them back and apply lacquer for a smooth, durable finish. Room size: approx. 3.5m x 2m (~7m²). Please bring your own tools and materials. Need job to start soon.

I need assistance with laying down ram board to protect timber floors. This will be an hourly rate of $50 per hour I imagine will take 2-3 hours. Thursday evening or early Friday morning. I will provide the board and masking tape.
