One of the planks, as highlighted, is lifting slightly in the middle when stepped on. It has noticeable upward and downward movement compared with the surrounding planks. Need to fix it

My bedroom existing hybrid laminate flooring has numerous damaged floor boards that need replacing. The skirting boards on three walls can be taken off the wall to allow access to the boards. I want to swap out the damaged boards with the new boards. Some of the new laminate boards will require cutting with circular saw to ensure straight edges and neat finish. Preferably an installer with approved licence for carpenter or similar. Room size 5m x 6m. I will supply the new hybrid floor boards. Note: I’m still waiting for the boards to arrive from stockist.On hold job.

Approx 100 sqm total. Floor boards will be provided.

Looking for a handy man to fix or replace the broken flooring boards

A few laminate floorboards have been damaged by water and are now swollen/lifting at the edges. Looking for an experienced flooring handyman to assess the damage and repair the affected boards

Lay hybrid flooring in a bedroom 3x3. floor boards are supplied. Carpet will be removed beforehand.

We've just pulled up a floating floor across 4 bedrooms, exposing the original hardwood floorboards. The boards are in good condition but squeak/creak now the floating floor is off. Carpet is going down so we need the squeaks sorted while the floor is still accessible. 4 bedrooms totalling 900sqm.

I have a small section of floorboards (380 × 680mm) that is open and needs to be filled with matching boards. I have the matching leftover floorboards ready to use in sizing 330x2100mm I need an experienced flooring/carpentry person to cut the boards to size and securely install them so the finished section is neat and level with the existing floor.

You just need your own hand tools, saw and vacuum. The job: Approx 6m² total 2m board lengths, random stagger — please work the offcuts so the end joins don't line up or stair-step Glue-down onto construction particleboard flooring. Please have actual flooring experience.

I have ripped up all of the old carpet from four rooms but need someone to remove all of the staples around the edge of the rooms and clean the floors so they are ready to be oiled

Fix the floorboard in the attic

I'm looking for an experienced flooring installer to replace several water-damaged bamboo floorboards in my apartment in Neutral Bay, NSW. The water damage was caused by a leaking fridge and a robotic mop. Both issues have now been resolved. Scope of works: - Remove and replace approximately 2–4 damaged bamboo floorboards. - We have the original matching spare floorboards available, so no flooring materials need to be supplied. - Ensure the replacement boards are installed neatly and blend with the existing floor. Additional works if timing/expertise allows: - Repair architrave around fridge cavity once floorboards are in - Repair minor chips elsewhere in the flooring I've attached photos of: - the damaged floorboards - the spare matching boards I'm looking for someone with experience replacing individual bamboo or engineered timber floorboards, rather than replacing an entire floor.
