I need the floorboards in my rental property sanded and polished. The house is empty and the area small. Can be done anytime/any day before Wednesday 10/06/26. See photos for current condition, photos of the area and floor plan showing the size of the lounge/dining.

Looking for a quote to replace approximately 5–6 damaged hybrid floating floorboards in an apartment. Replacement boards are already on site and match the existing flooring. The current boards were previously replaced using the wrong thickness (7.5mm instead of 6.5mm), resulting in a noticeable lip between boards. Scope of works: * Remove incorrectly installed boards. * Install supplied replacement boards (6.5mm thickness).

There are 3 burn marks on my floor board, each of them is an inch in size. I want that to be fixed. Thanks.

We have a laminate floating floorboard that broke and has now broken the floorboards surrounding it in our kitchen, so maybe four in total. As well one of the floorboards at the top of our stairs has broken

A section of floorboards near the bathroom is lifting and feels damp underneath. A couple of weeks ago, water was actually coming up through the joins in the floorboards when pressure was applied. The water is no longer coming through, but the area still feels damp and the boards are lifting/warping. Looking for someone experienced in leak detection, flooring, or building repairs to inspect the area, identify the source of the moisture, and advise or complete required repairs

I need a handyman or floor repair specialist to fix a minor scratch on a wooden floorboard caused by moving a bed. The property agent is satisfied with the overall move-out cleaning but has flagged this scratch. I need a cosmetic touch-up/fill/blend so that it looks acceptable and passes the final move-out check. I do NOT need the whole room or floor sanded or resurfaced. Please bring your own color-matched wax fillers, touch-up markers, or wood putty/finish. I have attached a photo of the scratch and the wood tone.

I need floorboards laid in a small area. The total area is 1300mm x 800mm I need the 3 existing damaged hardwood floorboards removed and the entire space then laid. It will likely take 7-8 floorboards at 1300 mm in length I want to try to match the existing hardwood floors in the kitchen. The new flooring in this space will need to sit flush with the existing floorboards in the kitchen

I would like the yellow tongue floorboards taken up and replaced around the edge of this floor and hallway/landing. Only the boards where you can see the water staining. It's in a smallish bedroom and a smaller area outside of this bedroom. I've posted photos of the two spaces and then a few closeups of the stained areas to be replaced.

I’m converting a small storage room into a study nook and need floorboards installed to cover an exposed concrete subfloor where built-in cabinets were recently removed. Install Skirting Boards ∙ Install supplied skirting boards around the perimeter of the are as shown in the photos to finish the floor edges clean 3. Patch Holes in the Wall ∙ There are a few holes and damage spots in the walls left over from the cabinet removal ∙ Please patch and prep the walls ready for painting – I will do the painting myself, so just needs to be sanded smooth and ready to go. I will supply the filler for the wall patching. This is a relatively small task for someone that knows what they are doing.

Hi, I renovated 15 yeas ago. Having carpet layed in my bedrooms. At the time the floor boards very soft in areas and the builder laid some type of tin product over parts on the floor …. I didn’t need new boards in the bedrooms. Now… I can feel a floor board is broken in another area. Hoping the carpet can be lifted and the area fixed.

Need sealant removed, properly seal cracks, sand and paint over

These floorboards buckled after a dishwasher water leak. We have lots of spare boards that can be used to replace them. We also have the tan floor cover that needs to be glued on top to make the angled edge smooth. It's important to us that the surface becomes safe (no trip hazard) and the work is high quality.
