My elderly parents need a floor in one bedroom repaired as it’s sunk in a corner. The house is very old. They want a quick fix. They also want new vinyl flooring and there’s another bit that’s alittle loose in the hall way that will need a repair. They want it done as cheap as possible so not looking to pull all the wood floors out and replaced just afew repairs and new vinyl. We will supply the vinyl. The lounge room is 4x4 , bedroom 3x3, hallway 11 meters long, kitchen 3x3ish. The kitchen is tiled so just lay floor straight over We will provide flooring as my dad wants to pick it

I have a section of the floor softened due to moisture leaking from the shower located on the other side of the wall… the leak is now fixed, I need a small section of the timber floor cut out and replaced… the size is roughly 1mx2m Matching colors is not important because that section will be covered by a couch. This is a granny flat built on top of an old swimming pool… there is a man hole access under the unit to check if follow up work is needed

Need to remove existing floorboards (which are coming off), level the floor + prep for new floorboards, install new floor boards. Approx area 10m2. The kitchen island and kitchen can’t be removed as they sit on top on the floorboards. Beneath the floorboards is a mix of cement slab and there could be tiles at some places. Don’t have the replacement floorboards yet. Can procure based on suggestions.

Front deck to be restained with 2 coats after replacing 5 boards showing signs of damage. The woodwork railings and the privacy screen also need staining. The area is 3mx4m. You are to supply all material as well as labour. Should be done in 4 hours maximum.

hi i have a 3m x 3m room, underlay is done, just need laminate floor boards put in, will need to have your own tools to cut the floorboards for the corners etc fyi there will be a bed frame in the room; i cant move it out without it breaking so you would have to work around it

The current boards were previously replaced using the wrong thickness (7.5mm instead of 6.5mm), resulting in a noticeable lip between boards. I need floorboards laid in a small area. The total area is 1300mm x 800mm I need the 3 existing damaged hardwood floorboards removed and the entire space then laid. It will likely take 7-8 floorboards at 1300 mm in length I want to try to match the existing hardwood floors in the kitchen. The new flooring in this space will need to sit flush with the existing floorboards in the kitchen

I would like the yellow tongue floorboards taken up and replaced around the edge of this floor and hallway/landing. Only the boards where you can see the water staining. I’m converting a small storage room into a study nook and need floorboards installed to cover an exposed concrete subfloor where built-in cabinets were recently removed. Install Skirting Boards ∙ Install supplied skirting boards around the perimeter of the are as shown in the photos to finish the floor edges clean 3. Patch Holes in the Wall ∙ There are a few holes and damage spots in the walls left over from the cabinet removal ∙ Please patch and prep the walls ready for painting – I will do the painting myself, so just needs to be sanded smooth and ready to go. I will supply the filler for the wall patching. This is a relatively small task for someone that knows what they are doing.

Hi, I renovated 15 yeas ago. Having carpet layed in my bedrooms. At the time the floor boards very soft in areas and the builder laid some type of tin product over parts on the floor …. I didn’t need new boards in the bedrooms. Now… I can feel a floor board is broken in another area. Hoping the carpet can be lifted and the area fixed.
