Hello, I live in a federation house that has old floorboards refurbishment. one section has creaks over a few points, another section has dent, and another section has a loose nail i think.

This is my bedroom on the top floor. It's currently got carpet but it just keeps getting really messy. I could replace with carpet again however I feel beach style floor boards around 200 to 220 mm wide would be the best. I would love you to come and we can discuss and have a look at everything once on site. All aboard the job based on this figure and then we can discuss costs after we have a look at the job. This is a premium house. You must absolutely know what you're doing. Any substandard work will not be accepted.

We are moving into an apartment with 65m2 of carpets. Carpets will be removed then but will need help installing the hybrid floor board that we are purchasing. They don’t have installer available earlier hence we’re on a lookout for installers who can do earlier.

These floorboards buckled after a dishwasher water leak. We have lots of spare boards that can be used to replace them. We also have the tan floor cover that needs to be glued on top to make the angled edge smooth. It's important to us that the surface becomes safe (no trip hazard) and the work is high quality.

Looking for someone to sand and lacquer aged floorboards in a small room. The boards have some moisture damage and wear from age. Need an experienced person to properly sand them back and apply lacquer for a smooth, durable finish. Room size: approx. 3.5m x 2m (~7m²). Please bring your own tools and materials.
