We currently have timber flooring. We would be grateful for a quote on repairing them (sanding, filling in gaps, etc). Alternatively, we are also considering replacing the floorboards. The kitchen is approximately 2.7x3m. As seen in the attached photo, the kitchen floor is currently lighter than the living room - we would like the kitchen floorboards to be the same colour as the living room floorboards.

My bedroom existing hybrid laminate flooring has numerous damaged floor boards that need replacing. The skirting boards on three walls can be taken off the wall to allow access to the boards. I want to swap out the damaged boards with the new boards. Some of the new laminate boards will require cutting with circular saw to ensure straight edges and neat finish. Preferably an installer with approved licence for carpenter or similar. Room size 5m x 6m. I will supply the new hybrid floor boards. Note: I’m still waiting for the boards to arrive from stockist.

I'm looking for an experienced flooring installer to replace several water-damaged bamboo floorboards in my apartment in Neutral Bay, NSW. The water damage was caused by a leaking fridge and a robotic mop. Both issues have now been resolved. Scope of works: - Remove and replace approximately 2–4 damaged bamboo floorboards. - We have the original matching spare floorboards available, so no flooring materials need to be supplied. - Ensure the replacement boards are installed neatly and blend with the existing floor. Additional works if timing/expertise allows: - Repair architrave around fridge cavity once floorboards are in - Repair minor chips elsewhere in the flooring I've attached photos of: - the damaged floorboards - the spare matching boards I'm looking for someone with experience replacing individual bamboo or engineered timber floorboards, rather than replacing an entire floor. The current boards were previously replaced using the wrong thickness (7.5mm instead of 6.5mm), resulting in a noticeable lip between boards. I need floorboards laid in a small area. The total area is 1300mm x 800mm I need the 3 existing damaged hardwood floorboards removed and the entire space then laid.
