I'm looking for an experienced flooring installer to replace several water-damaged bamboo floorboards in my apartment in Neutral Bay, NSW. The water damage was caused by a leaking fridge and a robotic mop. Both issues have now been resolved. Scope of works: - Remove and replace approximately 2–4 damaged bamboo floorboards. - We have the original matching spare floorboards available, so no flooring materials need to be supplied. - Ensure the replacement boards are installed neatly and blend with the existing floor. Additional works if timing/expertise allows: - Repair architrave around fridge cavity once floorboards are in - Repair minor chips elsewhere in the flooring I've attached photos of: - the damaged floorboards - the spare matching boards I'm looking for someone with experience replacing individual bamboo or engineered timber floorboards, rather than replacing an entire floor. Looking for someone to help touch up some laminated floor boards in my apartment. It just needs to be blended in, I understand it won't match the same exact look. (I'm not sure if this is laminated, happy to be corrected). Please share your quotes

Looking for a quote to replace approximately 5–6 damaged hybrid floating floorboards in an apartment. Replacement boards are already on site and match the existing flooring. The current boards were previously replaced using the wrong thickness (7.5mm instead of 6.5mm), resulting in a noticeable lip between boards. Scope of works: * Remove incorrectly installed boards. * Install supplied replacement boards (6.5mm thickness).

I need floorboards laid in a small area. The total area is 1300mm x 800mm I need the 3 existing damaged hardwood floorboards removed and the entire space then laid. It will likely take 7-8 floorboards at 1300 mm in length I want to try to match the existing hardwood floors in the kitchen. The new flooring in this space will need to sit flush with the existing floorboards in the kitchen

I would like the yellow tongue floorboards taken up and replaced around the edge of this floor and hallway/landing. Only the boards where you can see the water staining. It's in a smallish bedroom and a smaller area outside of this bedroom. I've posted photos of the two spaces and then a few closeups of the stained areas to be replaced.

I’m converting a small storage room into a study nook and need floorboards installed to cover an exposed concrete subfloor where built-in cabinets were recently removed. The job involves three tasks: 1. Lay Floorboards ∙ Install supplied (matching) floating floorboards to match the existing light timber flooring in the adjoining area ∙ Boards need to butt up neatly to the existing flooring at the threshold ∙ The subfloor is bare concrete with some old adhesive residue from removed cabinetry – light prep/levelling will be needed before laying ∙ Please bring underlay – I don’t have any on hand 2. Install Skirting Boards ∙ Install supplied skirting boards around the perimeter of the are as shown in the photos to finish the floor edges clean 3. Patch Holes in the Wall ∙ There are a few holes and damage spots in the walls left over from the cabinet removal ∙ Please patch and prep the walls ready for painting – I will do the painting myself, so just needs to be sanded smooth and ready to go. I will supply the filler for the wall patching. This is a relatively small task for someone that knows what they are doing.
