We need 4 floorboard lengths and skirting removed to enable underfloor access for some works. Looks to be glued down hardwood. Area of floor is approx 30cm by 360cm. They'll be going back down at some stage so as tidy as possible would be preferred. Also we need some boards lifted from the deck for access to the underneath of that as well. Area is approx 100cm by 50cm. This seems more straightforward- requires removing some square headed screws ( though they've been sealed over at some point) We'd like to be able to leave the loose boards in place for now until we are ready to reinstate them after the works. We have just purchased a house which has carpet with crappy floorboards underneath, so have decided on using floating engineered floorboards. Looking for someone who has experience in installing engineered timber floorboards. It’s not a very big space, the total area is around 90sqm, three seperate rooms. (See attached for floor plan) We need this done between May the 3rd to May the 12th, however on the 1st of May will need to be when you come to inspect current flooring and measure up house.
Toan was very efficient and completed a flooring perfectly! He also did all of our skirting boards and removed the carpet. Very professional.
