Hi, I need some marks on stairs repaired. I have a handyman out already to look and the nosings on the stairs are an aluminium vinyl rapped. We will need about 20 stair nose rewrapped in new vinyl so they are similar. Then there are little marks on the timber that will need sanding down etc. please let me know if you can do this and we can chat pricing etc.

There is a section of the timber floor/subfloor that has been cut out and needs repairing before new carpet installation. The damaged area is approximately one panel wide and requires patching or replacing to make the surface level and secure. Access is easy and the job needs to be completed properly so the floor is ready for carpet laying in the next few weeks. Looking for someone repairs who can supply materials and complete the job

I had to remove part of my deck for sewerage connection, I just want to fix it back and blend it in with th white deck around it. I have the boards that were pulled up, they should be usable, but need to put a solid frame between the two sides of the deck to ensure it doesn’t move. Not interested in a full deck replacement, make me an offer keen to get this done. Flexible with budget

Looking for someone to help repair minor puppy chew damage on a wooden deck railing. The job would involve: • sanding the damaged areas • applying wood filler • sanding smooth once dry • touching up with paint There are a number of small spots along the railing (photos attached). One section has already been filled and sanded previously so I know it can be repaired. 📍 Location: Palm Beach I already have the wood filler, paint, brushes, small roller and an electric sander, so tools/materials are already there.

Repair floor boards and a desk

We have floating flooring and about 20 of the panels need replacing. We have plenty of spare panels, just need the old ones cut out and new ones installed.

We recently removed a section of wall leaving this hole in the ground. We do not have any spare boards. Total thickness of the boards currently there are 16mm and the width 145mm. We plan to get the lot sanded and polished after this repair is made. Happy to hear quotes on here or in person.

I had a delivery of a new fridge/freezer which scratched my timber floors.

Need repair of timber fungal decay in section of bearers and underside of balcony decking. Joist being replaced by Body Corporate

2 x bedroom transitions need to be fixed and new trim put on (removed floating floors so just need a transition trim put on instead). Main room (worst of them) will probably need some new carpet in that area. I have an off cut from when installed. Second room has just lifted slightly so will probably be fine to be pulled tight and secured with new trim?
