12mm tassie oak floorboards warped due to bad installation (lack of glue and no gap between boards). Needs several boards removed, cut the edging boards to allow enough space for them to expand, and apply sufficient glue. 24mm pine boards underneath these tassie oak boards.

Fix burns in laminate flooring

Hi We had a sparkler incident on New Years, and now we have some small burns on the flooring. The burns are not too deep, and hopefully are not a difficult fix, but would prefer someone professional to fix this. Please only apply if you definitely know how to fix laminate flooring. Thank you Liz

Solid timber floorboards slightly cupped due to inappropriate installation. Skirting needs to be removed and release pressure. The edging boards need to be cut a little to leave more space for floorboards to expand. This would include floorboards in the hall way, around 8mx1m. Two bedrooms 3x4m. And two living rooms around 3x5m and around 4x6m.
