Lay vinyl flooring through common areas of house

I have a kitchen from 1980s that has linoleum peel flooring I believe that the underlay may be asbestos so I'm just looking for someone to likely remove it it goes up the sides of the cabinetry about 150mm so will need it baseboards replaced to support joinery.

I recently installed hybrid flooring with my Dad. The previous laminate flooring led us to assume the floor was already levelled, but now 4 x planks are lifting, and one corner in the kitchen is dipping. I estimate that around 10 floorboards will need to be removed, the concrete underneath re-levelled, and the boards glued back in place. I have a whole box of flooring left over so if you damage any when cutting them out, that no stress! A large expansion gap has been left on both sides, so the other non-glued boards should have enough space to expand freely. The goal is to cut the lip off the affected boards to easily remove and glue them back down, avoiding the need to rip up all the flooring and skirtings to start again. Additionally, I have a few other tasks (e.g., fixing decking nails, repairing a hole in the laundry drywall, and replacing an external door frame), which we can discuss if you’re able to assist with those as well, but these aren’t urgent.
