Want to avoid damaging underlying timbers as much as possible so prefer someone who has experience with similar removal. Hallway is around 1.2 m to 1.6 m wide and about 8 m long. Kitchen is 3.61 m x 3.74 m.

Grind concrete and paint and polish

Existing garage floor is smooth and intact. No repairs necessary. The epoxy coating is peeling and needs to be removed through grinding. Exposed concrete/ screws should be polished to shine. Work site is covered and enclosed. Water and power available.

We are laying vinyl floors and at the doorway the concrete isn’t flat so the last board won’t go down, need someone to grind down the concrete to make it flat.
