Need carpet re stretched in a small hallway and 2 bedrooms at my parents house in Richmond

I would like to a quote for the following: 1. Applying silicone within the shower area between the edges of the wall/glass and the floor as seen in the photos. (Refer to photos attached) 2. Stretching carpet. 3. Painting both ceiling and walls of a 2 bedroom apartment .The size of the apartment is 60m2 and more than 50% of the walls are either sliding doors, BIR, cabinets and kichen appliances, and ceramic tiles. (Refer to photos attached)

The carpet has got burnt and needs replacement. Need help with fixing this. Need to know if you will get the material or cut out from wadrobe!?

I have an area of carpet that edges onto tiling, which has frayed over time, showing the material beneath the carpet piling. It needs some kind of bridging situation, I believe it's called transition cover trim. I got one from Bunnings and installed it but the carpet just pops it straight up again, so it doesn't work. Carpet was pulled up in end of hallway to find plumbing leak. Needs to be properly stuck down again. One side needs a ramp as laundry floor is a bit higher than hallway. Doorway to bathroom did n't have a ramp.
