Need a quote to remove existing carpet on a 2 bedroom property in Melbourne CBD. Lift access. approx 32m2 (see floor plan). Please include removal, supply & install. I'd like vinyl (timber looking one) but i'm not sure if I have the budget for it. Otherwise carpet will do. Apartment is currently empty. Not fuss about carpet finishes, probably a dark charcoal colour. Give me quote for both - need to be done ideally in a week.

Carpet installer to collect carpet from warehouse and install in one small bedroom. all of the prep work has been completed by previous installer, including the removal and relaying of the underlay. the issue is that the carpet wasn’t measured correctly by the previous installer so they had to order in new carpet with the correct measurements. previous installer mucked us around with the warehouse collection and now can’t do the install before the date needed. we have an immovable airbnb guest and therefore this job needs to be done Thurs 4th Dec

Cut and sand 3 x wooden inside doors to fit above newly fitted carpets. And reattach to frame. Doors are all already off.

I have an area of carpet that edges onto tiling, which has frayed over time, showing the material beneath the carpet piling. It needs some kind of bridging situation, I believe it's called transition cover trim. I got one from Bunnings and installed it but the carpet just pops it straight up again, so it doesn't work. Carpet was pulled up in end of hallway to find plumbing leak. Needs to be properly stuck down again. One side needs a ramp as laundry floor is a bit higher than hallway. Doorway to bathroom did n't have a ramp.
