BUDGET negotiable. There are 3 burns and 1 wax spill that need patching. Biggest is roughly the size of a pair of shoes. The wardrobe has matching carpet which would need to be replaced with something. I have set a budget to try and get an idea of the cost.

Patch up several holes on carpet (more or less severe) using the wardrobe carpet for exact match + replace missing wardrobe patches with closest match.

Carpet laying in two bedrooms (3.6m x 4.4m and 3.3m x 2.4m). Carpet and underlay will be supplied, but old carpet needs removing.

I have a small area of flooring that requires carpet to be re laid after a water leak it includes flat surfaces, 3stairs and joining to existing carpeted area.

Carpet in three bedrooms and short hallway in reasonable condition that’s slightly loose and wavy. Just needs someone who knows what they’re doing to re-stretch and trim to give it a few more years of use. One doorway where the tack strip needs to be replaced following water damage. I will remove and replace all furniture from the rooms.

Main bedroom carpet has some ripples in it. I think the carpet just needs to be stretched and re-affixed. We'll move all the furniture out of the room for you. Photos available on request.

Some water dropped from heating to sub floor, the subfloor has been treated, however, carpet has been pulled up and skirting board taken off due to some mould. Need carpet relaid (we have plenty spare) and skirting board replaced… likely a trip to Bunnings required. Not sure on costs, but will pay for any materials so assume budget range is for labour only.
