We’ve got a stain on our carpet, not entirely sure what from but possibly makeup

I have a small section of carpet in my apartment which needs to be cut (a few metres by a few metres). I have the replacement carpet already and just need you to remove and replace. It should take no more than 20 minutes of your time. Please only reply if you have experience in laying carpet. Thank you.

A few area of my apartment has had a worn / tear carpet, in which I will need your help to remove a portion of old carpet and replace it with new carpet. I have an area of carpet that edges onto tiling, which has frayed over time, showing the material beneath the carpet piling. It needs some kind of bridging situation, I believe it's called transition cover trim. I got one from Bunnings and installed it but the carpet just pops it straight up again, so it doesn't work. Carpet was pulled up in end of hallway to find plumbing leak. Needs to be properly stuck down again. One side needs a ramp as laundry floor is a bit higher than hallway. Doorway to bathroom did n't have a ramp.

My rabbit has torn up 2 small corners of the carpet in my apartment. Each damaged area is approximately 10–15cm wide. The damage includes pulled threads and fraying, but no major holes.
