Room 1 = 4m x 3m + 0.5m x3m (wardrobe) Room 2 = 3m x 3m + 0.5m x3m (wardrobe) (these are +/- a couple of CM, the exact measurements will be taken) I have a new carpet type in mind to purchase (in 3.6m width), so I can either arrange purchase / collection of this prior to install, or arrange purchase and if you have the ability to collect can add to the quote cost) Any questions, let me know!

Some water dropped from heating to sub floor, the subfloor has been treated, however, carpet has been pulled up and skirting board taken off due to some mould. Need carpet relaid (we have plenty spare) and skirting board replaced… likely a trip to Bunnings required. Not sure on costs, but will pay for any materials so assume budget range is for labour only.
