Hi, Looking for someone to cut and install 60 linear metres of skirting boards in a house in Banyo. There are 3 similarly sized bedrooms, a lounge, part of a dining room and hallway. Existing skirting boards have been removed and little to no furniture in the house to obstruct. All measurements have been done; materials are already on site and will be painted by the weekend ahead of work to be done next week - I just need someone to cut and install it. Wanted Someone to sand hardwood floors and re polish. The floors are in overall good condition however have surface scratches from a recent renovation. Also one area approx 4x4m where tiles have been removed will need additional sanding and same in acouple other spots where walls were removed. Hoping to have this job started End of this Month.

We have a small to medium sized kitchen that needs to be removed and disposed. We have ordered a Bunnings kitchen that we need installed.

Paint final coat of new skirting boards after installation. May also need to fill gaps at wall join. Approx 170m in total. All paint and filler will be supplied by us. New floorboards have been laid so will need to take care not to get paint on them.

I have creaky noise floors in some areas when we walk on level 1 of our house. There is a vinyl/laminate flooring and has sub wooden floor. Most welcome to come for inspection and quote discussion.
