renovating unit and now I need new floor in lounge, dining and two bedrooms, approximately 50sqm. One of the timber floor boards is damaged and needs to be repaired. There is also a square hole in the floor that needs to be filled. 10mmx10mm

Two carpet to tile joins need the tuck in method and one tile to carpet join will potentially need a transition strip due to fraying of the carpet. See photos included.

Hi there, I burnt two small patches of carpet in the centre of my room and am looking for someone to repair/repatch it. The real estate has allowed us to source the spare carpet from the wardrobe.

This is only a very small job just wanting the laminate flooring put down in my entrance/hall the same as in the living area. I do already have the laminate boards. The area is approx 3.7 meters in length and .97 in width it does get wider at the end leading into the lounge area

Install 34sqm of hybrid flooring to lounge/dining/kitchen/ small hallway. No need for underlay as underlay is on the boards. Will need to install skirtingboards to living area as there is currently none. Very slightly different floor levels as kitchen has tiles and lounge area has carpet. Looking for someone to lay parquetry in our house at Auchenflower. It’s a renovation so just need about 20-30sqm to be laid down which matches the existing parquetry. I have the extra parquetry to be laid and the materials to do the job including glue etc. Also need all floors sanded and polished approx 300-400sqm. Looking for something pretty ASAP and for someone with experience.
