We need our retractable clothesline drilled into two fences (see photos). One end will require a small length and/or block of wood to anchor screws (see photos). I'm looking for an experienced handyman or fencing contractor to replace a rotten fence post on a white wooden picket fence measuring 110cm in height. Scope of work: • Remove the existing fence post, which has rotted at the base . • Supply and install a new fence post suitable for the existing fence with post cut to fit existing cross beams as detailed in the picture. • Ensure the new post is securely concreted into the ground. • Realign the affected section of the fence so it matches the existing posts and maintains a straight, level appearance. • Leave the work area clean and tidy after completion. • Note – the post does not need to be painted

Gate Repair – Carpenter/Handyman Required Our closing wooden back gate is no longer closing properly and needs to be repaired prior to our upcoming pool inspection. The gate appears to be sticking at the top and is partially warped and out of alignment with the locking mechanism. We have already had both a locksmith and a handyman inspect the gate, however neither has been able to rectify the issue. We are looking for an experienced carpenter/handyman who can repair and realign the gate so that it closes properly and is self-locking. Please review the attached photos and let us know if this is something you are able to repair. We are also happy to provide a video of the gate operating if this would assist you in assessing the issue.

We moved to this place and the side gate is too heavy and doesn’t open. Wooden post is broken We would like someone to replace it with a colorbond steel one with proper latch and lock

Wooden double gate, everything sticks, old latch etc Have a replacement gate, that would be good to use, easy latch opening and closing.

One wooden post has become wobbly and is making the fence lean a little so we need it replaced before the fence falls more. Post is possible rotten at the bottom.

Latch for the exterior wooden gate needs to be fixed. I have attached the photos.
