I have this one wooden fence post leaning towards my property. I need to align this post properly with a proper solution. Please refer to the pictures.

I'm looking to replace my existing wood post with aluminium style frame side gate, with a more modern/contemporary style "wood look" slat gate The existing gate appears to have rotted, and it's surrounded by concrete. Preference would be to not impact the existing concrete to avoid additional trades work, but as per pictures the posts don't appear to be salvageable. The existing gate is 2000mm wide by 1650mm tall. The primary post is approximately 385mm from the fence, and measures 70mm x 120mm.

Our paling fence needs some repairs after recent wind damage. A couple of railings have become disconnected from the upright and one of the uprights is wobbly. About 5m in total have been affected. The adjoining land has been cleared and is awaiting rebuilding, so we are after some temporary repairs to ensure privacy and that the fence is secure for our dog.

The wooden panels in photos (it is an inner or secondary boundary fence) require a scraping firstly & then a light sand. A primer has been applied to the slats already to loosen the product. Fence dimensions approx 2.5m x 12m + an additional 8 panel length in last photo which is approx 5m long. The additional 8 panel length has already been scraped - only needs a sand. Fence has a major lean due to tree roots (now removed). It will need additional posts in concrete added to it (tightening up the current posts has not done the job).
