Looking for supply and install of a single gate in the side passage of our property in Wollert. The passage runs between the house brick wall and the timber boundary fence on the south side. Gate specifications: ∙ Width: approx 900mm (passage width — please confirm on site) ∙ Height: 1.8m to match existing timber boundary fence ∙ Material: Aluminium or Colorbond steel preferred. No timber — needs to handle heavy wind without warping, rotting or rattling. Open to suggestions on best material for this location. ∙ Style: Flat panel or slat style, no gaps preferred for privacy and wind resistance. Solid panel will cop less wind stress than an open slat design. ∙ Colour: Something that works alongside red brick house and timber fence — charcoal, monument or woodland grey would suit. ∙ Hardware: Heavy-duty self-closing hinges rated for wind, D-handle with key lock both sides. Gate must open inward (towards rear yard) so it doesn’t block the passage. ∙ Frame: Gate posts to be fixed into brick wall on one side and timber fence post on the other. If existing fence post isn’t strong enough, include a new steel post in the quote. The passage has an A/C condenser and heat pump nearby so access is a bit tight. Install a fence gate along with a fixed panel on the side of my property. The door to be 1500mm wide and fixed panel to be 500mm wide. I want both panels and door to be 1800mm high. I want colour bond to be used. I want supply and install.

I’d like a small brick fence built, single profile. Approximately 1 m high, already have the bricks. The footing will have to be dug out and cement poured as part of the job also.

Hi Taskers, I need two plinth boards at the base of my wooden fence straightened and secured. Each section is approx. 2 metres long. The plinths have started to bow outwards, and I want them repaired using the same method shown in the photos — metal stakes/brackets screwed into the plinth to pull it flush and keep it secure. What I need: ✔ Straighten 2 × plinth board sections (around 2m each) ✔ Supply & install metal stakes/brackets (same style as the previous repair) ✔ Ensure plinths sit flush, straight and secure ✔ Keep the job neat and avoid damage to concrete or fence panels
