Hi there, I have a wooden gate at the top of my stairs and I would like to move it down to the bottom of the stairs. It may require additional timber in case the gap between the bricks is wider at the bottom than at the top. The gate is 103cm and the space between the bricks at the bottom is about 105cm to 107cm Please only make an offer if you have necessary equipment.

I have a new treated pine paling fence that needs painting in one thick coat of weather shield (both sides). The fence is 23m long and 1.8M high. Access is clear on the inside of the fence, but about 16 M of the fence on the outside has some shrubs in front. These were cut back to install the fence so you can access it, but it's slightly trickier than tree-free open access. See photos. Paint will be supplied.

Scope of Works: - remove the 2 broken existing sandstone pavers - jackhammer out understrength concrete - remove waste from site - install shuttering (as required) - install new reinforcing (tied into remaining footing) - pour over strength concrete - supply and re-lay new pavers (note: cut natural stone pavers reflect the rock being cut at any particular time …. as the new pavers will come from a different batch & probably from a different quarry they will not be as “identical” as the current pavers are …. obviously we will match them as closely as the quarry is able to). - create a safe pool environment with temporary fencing. Once concrete has cured - core drill and install 2 new extended spigots to take existing latching panel - adjust gate so that it latches correctly CAN PROVIDE PHOTOGRAPHS IF REQUIRED
