Hello, we are renting and the side gate has fallen apart. I’m looking for an affordable solution for a new gate, installed, or for someone to fix the current one. Current gate is 1m width. Pailings are in tact (with old nail holes but timber still usable). However, the frame is falling apart (timber is disintegrated), so at a minimum the back frame needs to be replaced, new hinges attached etc. if you’re fixing the current gate, you’ll also need to clean it up and give it a paint.
