Rotten and broken fence picket x 1 needs repainting and replacing

Hi Airtaskers, looking for a professional / experienced person to repair / rebuild parts of a picket fence with a gate at the front of my house. This may require sourcing the materials, painting the correct colours (we have some council restrictions I think). Current fence - some of it is in good condition but some palings is broken, including the gate itself. I don’t think this job requires concrete work. There are 7 posts to be replaced (we have all the caps). Plus a section of the fence next to the gate (which was taken out by a fallen tree) needs to be replaced. This is about 1m wide.

I need two picket fence panels built. One 3100mm wide and the other 4000mm wide. The posts are already in place. We will supply the pickets. You would need to supply the railings. The existing panel you can see in the photos is just leaning there and will be removed.

I need a handy man to install some star pickets to hold my leaning fence up. If star pickets are not a good option here, what do you suggest? There are only 5 posts and the leaning is about 30 cm. I am attaching some pickets to an old steel gate. I have neither the time, patience or skill to get it right I do have is the pickets, self tapping screws washers for someone else to complete the job for me. It should be pretty straightforward for someone that can confidently drill pilot holes and accurately lineup the pickets across both gates

Old white picket fence (10m total length) to be demolished/dismantled and disposed of. The concrete posts do not need to be removed. Can likely be dismantled in sections. Would be easy with a crow bar, electric saw, circular saw, etc. Care must be taken to ensure adjacent fence is not touched or damaged.
