Scope of work: • Remove the existing fence post, which has rotted at the base . • Supply and install a new fence post suitable for the existing fence with post cut to fit existing cross beams as detailed in the picture. • Ensure the new post is securely concreted into the ground. • Realign the affected section of the fence so it matches the existing posts and maintains a straight, level appearance. • Leave the work area clean and tidy after completion. • Note – the post does not need to be painted

The pickets in the frame of the gate are loose and a couple came out. I have all the pieces but possibly the picket area also needs framing to strengthen them once they’re all back in.

Picket fence gate has ‘slipped’ so it now hangs lower than the latch point. It’s not just the hinges but the structure of the gate that is in need of repair. The return spring to be replaced There are also 2 fence post finials that are loose to be repaired.
