Need to repair Picket Fences, which got damaged by a motorbike collision

Looking to have a picket fence built - it would actually be two smaller fences and two gates. We’ve got a narrow driveway and would like a small picket fence about a metre high on each side of the driveway (approx 1.5m of fence length on each side) plus another fence/gate between the house and the fence (approx 3m width and about 1 - 1.5m high). Ideally the fence/gate between the house and the fence would be two opening gates.

The pickets in the frame of the gate are loose and a couple came out. I have all the pieces but possibly the picket area also needs framing to strengthen them once they’re all back in.
