The posts and holes are already prepared: * 8 × 90x90mm powder-coated steel posts * 4 posts each side of the pool * Posts are approx. 3.2m long, with about 1m going into the ground * Holes are already dug, approx. 300mm wide × 1m deep * Posts need to be set straight, level, evenly aligned and concreted in I’ll arrange a Concrete Taxi with approximately 0.5m³ of concrete. They mix onsite and include 45 minutes onsite, so ideally everything would be positioned and braced before they arrive so the pour can be completed efficiently. I mainly need someone with experience setting posts accurately who can help with positioning, levelling, bracing and the concrete pour. All steel and concrete supplied. Located in Sorrento WA 6020

I need an experienced fencing, pergola/shade-structure installer or capable handyman to accurately set and concrete 8 powder-coated steel posts around an existing pool in Sorrento. The budget/offer is for labour only and doesn’t include concrete. I’m aware this will be an additional cost. The preparation is largely done: * 8 × 90 × 90 mm steel posts, 3200 mm long, already supplied * Posts to finish approximately 2200 mm above ground / 1000 mm below ground * 8 × approx. 300 mm diameter × 1000 mm deep holes already dug * 4 posts each side of the pool * Each row is 5 metres long, with approximately 6.7 metres between the two rows * 2 × 5 m horizontal steel rails are also onsite and can be used to help establish accurate alignment * concrete can be arranged. Work required: - Larger side – approximately 2 m wide: Install a pedestrian gate and fixed panel across the opening. - Smaller side – approximately 900 mm wide: Install a fixed panel to close off access. Looking for a handyman or fencer to install approx 280 metres of 120cm high mesh onto an existing boundary fence across three sides of a property (Southern, Western, and half of Northern perimeter). The Setup: • Materials: All mesh rolls are already purchased and on-site. • Existing Structure: The fence is in good condition with a mix of timber posts and steel star pickets. It already has a 900mm mesh fence with two plain wires above it (the top wire sits perfectly at 1.2m high). • The Job: No heavy wire tensioning, post-digging, or concrete pouring required. You just need to unroll the new 120cm mesh, hand-stretch it taut to prevent sagging, and fasten it to the existing structure, timber posts, and top wires.

Looking for a handyman available soon to realign and fix back gate. It is a small colourbond gate that closes. The end of the frame was screwed into a brick wall but one of the bolts snapped off. New hole in brick wall was required that I didn’t put at the right height and made a bit of a mess of so the latch won’t close. I have run out of time and don’t have the right tools for the drop before I head away tomorrow and need the gate to lock. A quick handyman job if you’ve got a drill. Have new plugs and bolts. Extra points if you’ve got some extra time and are available to rescrew my garden shed door so that it also closes. (Can raise price of job if required).

Small section of colourbond fencing to be installed. I believe the colour is shale grey (to match the other fence) Dimensions are 2.1m x .840m. 1 x post will need to be concreted in and the other can be attached to the brick wall. One Colorbond fence panel has come loose and is leaning after a storm (see photo). Remove existing sqaure panel fence and install a colourbond fence kit from Oxworks. I am happy to remove existing fence on the day if easier. 2 x 2400mm wide x 1800mm high sections which fill in between Linestone pillars. Can secure into Linestone Wall so no digging required.
