Job 1 – Replace fence post & box in surrounding panels The existing timber fence post on the side boundary needs to be removed and replaced with a new post. Once the post is in, the surrounding fence panels need to be boxed in properly to fully close the gap. There is currently a galvanised steel pipe propped in place as a temporary fix. The goal is a solid, gap-free finish to prevent a small kitten from squeezing through. Job 2 – Loose fence post & missing panels (photos 1 to 3) A second fence post is loose/leaning and fence panels are missing from this section. Post needs to be re-secured or replaced and panels installed to close the gap. Both fences are weathered hardwood paling style. Happy to discuss whether you supply materials or I do. We want to put these PVC fence panels on existing timber fence. Self tapping screws so not hard work to put on but some trimming required as height not consistent. 15m of fence to cover. Front gate of house has wood rot and needs to be entirely replaced with hardwood gate of similar dimensions . Looking to replace wooden arbour + gate and possibly install a PIN code to enter depending on cost. Pool gate working fine but needs to close automatically even from close proximity. It won’t slide into place when sitting on outside of latch and we need this to happen to get safety certificate.
