I have the original plans, but it’s not exact and I need accurate on-site boundary identification before installing a fence. Price is to provide a quote on replacement of Colorbond panels and posts that have started to rust. So a builder carpenter or fencer who would have necessary tools and experience. We have a granny flat with Colorbond siding. When it was built the builder put the panels all the way down into the ground on 2 sides. The edges of these panels that touch the ground are now rusting away. Approx 15m. Need to have lower panels removed, new panels cut a little shorter, so the edge is just off the ground, and installed. New edge to have a rubber trim on the edge that i will provide. There are a couple of posts the need a solution as well. Alternatively, rusted edge could be cut away in situ if rust is not too high into the colorbond? We are at Tingalpa.

Looking for handyman LABOUR to install 7 panels of 2.4m x 0.46 m Bunnings lattice fence extension paling. There are hedges between the fence but have been trimmed for space clearance. Pls refer pic. As mentioned I supply all 7 panels but you only supply necessary fasteners. You only need to fasten 3 legs as supposed to 6 as you would only need to fasten from my side of fence.

I have recently had a new fence installed and want palings installed on the inside so it’s double sided. I have 50 palings onsite ready to go. I do have nails and glue but assuming you will have a nail gun, would expect that’s in your quote. Easy access. Open to quotes
