I’m helping Mum prepare her property to sell and her neighbouring fence is leaning over in one spot. We need to dig a mass footing about 500mm by 500mm by 1000mm deep put some concrete in it and put a metal fence post in it so we can bolt the existing fence to the new post. This is intended to be a quick fix not a full length of fence repair so licenses and warranties etc not required. Full disclosure the troubled Neighbour will not allow us access to her property to inspect or try and repair it from her side therefore this fix will be done on Mum side only

I would like a quote to remove a section of Timber Fence to replace with a Gate.

Replace the fence pailings on front fence and any stumps / structure as required. We would like a paddle pop style with entry and driveway gates to match. Use existing post and frame structure if possible or replace. Would like to change the structure so fence goes straight across rather than steps in as it does currently. Frontage is approximately 13 metres across. Happy to discuss cost. Would like painted white. See photos of current and type of pailings.

Fence Post has rotted out at bottom and needs replacement. This is a support for the colourbond fence. Exact Job: Remove adjacent pavers to existing 3 Colourbond posts. approximately 250 x 250 area. Ground will need to be excavated approximately 600mm for new post to be installed. New 100 x 75 mm H4 posts to be installed in holes, plumbed up and concreted in. Trowel finish at base of posts to fill in missing pavers. Cut down appropriate lengths of galvanised threaded rod. drill 2 holes in timber post and existing colour bond post ( top and approximately 600mm up from ground.) Utilising m12 nuts and 50 x 50 galvanised washers. Bolt/washer either side of post, followed by plumbing up fence then using the same method nuts/washer to clamp in place.

Footing of a colourbond fence was accidentally excavated, when backyard was excavated. Fence is now beginning to lean for that one fence panel, need footing replaced underneath artificial turf. Please include cost of materials in the quote.
