Need a double gate installed to gain access to the back yard

(I have added a before and after photo as an example) We are looking for an experienced and reliable tradesperson (or team) to construct a front boundary fence so that I can then install a sliding electric gate. Scope of works: * Demolish/remove existing front fence (timber/metal) and clean up site * Construct new 1.8m high brick fence on both sides of driveway * Build brick pillars suitable for a sliding electric gate (must be reinforced) * Leave correct opening for driveway access (to be confirmed onsite)

We need the fence replaced, painted and the gate replaced there too. It’s about 10 metre in length

I need a tradesperson with a ute and trailer to collect the panels from the store in Wacol, deliver them to the property in Rosewood, and install them in a straight line along the front of the house (22 metres). The scope includes setting the panels into the fence feet and securing them with the 14 joining clamps. Please provide an all‑inclusive fixed price for collection, transportation and full installation. You can adjust the timing as needed. You can collect the panels tomorrow and install them over the weekend, or pick them up and install them on Monday. Please note the store is closed on weekends. Priority is for collection & installation tomorrow afternoon if possible.

Install 19m of black pool fencing into mainly soil.

I have 3 outdoor gates that all use sliding pad bolts to close/lock. The gates have moved over time and the bolts no longer lineup properly to close (at least without applying force). Two of the bolts are fixed to a steel frame, the other is directly in the timber door. The bolts all slide into concrete posts (see photos). Not sure if the bolts themselves just need to be moved slightly to line up with the hole again or if we need whole new pad bolts put on. I don’t have the correct tools to do myself. Will pay for any materials needed.

Will need an angle grinder to cut the 90mm x 90mm posts to size, and a rotary drill to screw posts into masonry wall. 40mm x 40mm Battens are cut to size already. All gate hardware and screws provided. It uses a rail and clip system similar to the first photo. From Eurowood. Also remove and dispose of existing gate. Need assistance with installing a timber fence. Will mainly be assisting installer on site to install posts and ply. Tools provided.

Need a front fence built to match the front balustrade. Rails already installed. We will supply timber verticals and timber for crosses. Will need to cut and install crosses and verticals. Approx 2.7m long total (in two sections). Must be neat and even.

Block pier has been reinstated, just need the one half of the aluminium double gates reinstalled, with new supplied gate hardware, and hinges to be removed from the damaged block pier. 1 aluminium screen to he reinstalled also. Pier was blown over in the cyclone.

Fence Post has rotted out at bottom and needs replacement. This is a support for the colourbond fence. Exact Job: Remove adjacent pavers to existing 3 Colourbond posts. approximately 250 x 250 area. Ground will need to be excavated approximately 600mm for new post to be installed. New 100 x 75 mm H4 posts to be installed in holes, plumbed up and concreted in. Trowel finish at base of posts to fill in missing pavers. Cut down appropriate lengths of galvanised threaded rod. drill 2 holes in timber post and existing colour bond post ( top and approximately 600mm up from ground.) Utilising m12 nuts and 50 x 50 galvanised washers. Bolt/washer either side of post, followed by plumbing up fence then using the same method nuts/washer to clamp in place.
