Replace 1 vertical timber paling in my railing on my deck

The house is 40 years old and the facia at one end of the garage needs replacing, timber frame (decorative) above front door needs replacing and some surfeit molding has rotted, 2-3 fence posts need replacing.

Hello! I need a fence to keep my dogs safe. The fence doesn’t need to be pretty, just sturdy. There is pre-existing fence (metal picket and wire fence) on one side, and I need the new fence to connect across the bottom of the block (flattish) and on the slope to the retaining wall. Diagram in the photo attached My block is sloping and overgrown. Access is via stairs / down the slope - materials will need to be carried in unless we apply for access to the track at the bottom.
