Section 1 is half removed. You will remove the rest of the marked section then construct a brick pier on either side of the removed section of the fence. 2. Section 2 of the brick fence is very low. Remove the marked section of this fence. Then construct a brick pier on either side of the removed fence. You will bring and use your own equipment. The site must be cleaned up after you are done. I have broken the fence by using a crow bar to remove cracked concrete step, there was no movement on 1 side & a crack in the other so i removed all 80-100 brick that were loose & just wanting to relay bricks
