I have 2 plumbing issues: 1. Our wall mounted bathroom taps are leaking. They are quarter turn taps. I believe they need a 1/2-inch ceramic disc cartridge (but I am not 100% sure if this). Please refer to photos. 2. Our toilet is very slow to fill after flushing. It is an in wall cistern but I’m not sure if the brand or model. I have popped off the flush button cover and I can see one of the inlet pipe joins are leaking. Again photos attached.

Site notes: • Landing step is 15 mm above yellow tongue. • Bathroom tile edge sits 11–12 mm above yellow tongue. • Slight raised section of subfloor (2–3 mm) near bathroom. • One wardrobe has carpet underneath and an aluminium track — happy for advice on best finish. Some minor touch up painting work on newly renovated main bathroom. Edging along shower tiles and around skirting boards. Need to match paint - low sheen Dulux white from Bunnings has been used so far.

My washbasin tap and shower aren’t closing properly and are leaking. The kitchen sink tap is also loose at the base. I need these issues fixed without replacing the taps.

Chase piping in block work, remove current spout and handle and drop down into cupboard area with 4X stop cocks , 1 set for mixer & 1 set for dishwasher

Need someone to remove the blanking caps from washing machine taps and connect the hot and cold water hoses to the machine. Should be a quick job for someone with the tools and familiar with washing machine installation. Would take about 15mins max

After cutting down a few small trees I need someone to grind the stumps of 3 small trees enough that I can cover with soil so it is level. (photos attached)

Looking for a plumber to replace taps: 1 x sink basin taps 1 x bath taps 1 wall basin, including trap and pipes I have already purchased the taps and trap for the wall basin but do not have stops and hose for under the new basin.
